QUESTION: What Program Should I Use?

Depending on your goals, your flexibility, your activity level, your age and whether or not you have injuries you'll need to follow a different program.

Generally speaking, if you have injuries or you have issues with a muffin top or beer gut, I recommend starting with our 0-6 Pack Abs program which was designed by a doctor of physical therapy and can heal aches and pains, improve your posture and core strength all while shrinking your waistline and flattening your belly.

Before I became "The Garage Warrior" I struggled with my weight a LOT! In fact I spent 1/2 my life overweight and unhappy because I didn't understand how to exercise or what diet to follow. You can read more about my full journey on the About Page if you like. However...

QUESTION: What's the best way to lose fat?

ANSWER: Losing weight and burning fat is simply an expression of the signals your choices are sending your body.

When you eat ice cream, the signal you're sending your body is to store the excess fats and sugar as body fat on your belly, love handles, thighs, arms etc.

Likewise when you sit all day and avoid exercise the signal you're sending your body is to become weaker, get rid of lean useful muscle, decrease your metabolism, reduce bone density and a pile of other negative things that I'm certain you don't want happening to you!

The trick to losing weight and body fat is to send your body more of the right signals and less of the wrong ones.

The best way to do this is by eating less sugar or processed foods and increasing healthy fat, vegetable and protein intake all while following a workout program that uses the principals of progression so you never have to suffer through a plateau.

ANSWER: Most of our products are digital downloads similar to netflix or the apps you download in the app store on your phone. You can access all your downloads by clicking here and logging in.

QUESTION: How often do I do the programs?

ANSWER: Every one of the Garage Warrior programs is a little different. However, everything we create is designed to be as efficient as humanly possible all while delivering the best results!

Most of our programs ask you for 3 days a week to get started. But like I said above, our longest workout in any of our programs is 20-minutes meaning your MAXIMUM time investment is less than 1 hour per week to start seeing results!

ANSWER: YES! All of our programs are downloadable on your smartphone or tablet and can be accesses via the web anytime you have internet access. For further instructions on downloading your product, make sure you visit the members area.
