Time to tone our bootys in today’s warrior workout!!

Gotta move it to lose it! You won’t get anywhere if you continue to sit on that butt Let’s do this thing!

The Booty Exercises for today:
– 20 Feet Together Squats
– 15 Frog Jumps
– 12 Alternating Curtsy Lunges

Repeat this for 4 rounds!
