Jump And Pump Leg Workout Routine

Get ready to work those legs muscles, because they are going to be moving!

Each exercise here requires some variation of a jump! Let’s get our legs nice and loose!

Ready?:
-14 Rep Frog Jumps
-20 Rep Drop Lunges
-11 Rep Squat Thrusts

We are going to do this for 3 rounds!
