If you’re anything like most people who are active in the world of fitness and you’ve been trying to decide what workouts to do and what nutrition program to follow, you probably feel exactly like that lady – frustrated, irritated, and unsure of what to do.

The fact is that there is no shortage of information out there to teach you the best ways to transform your body.

In the last few years, the number of “Body Transformation Gurus” has grown tremendously. It’s getting a little bit ridiculous, to be frank.

But…I’m sure you’ll agree that the principles to building a better body haven’t changed all that much as time has passed, right?

Why is it that there is so much information out there but you still can’t get the results you want the first time you try?

Why do people have such a difficult time finding a program that works specifically for them?

Why is the health and wellness industry (of which fitness is a part) a TRILLION dollar industry, worldwide?

That’s simply too much information. Formally, it’s called information overload.

We live in a society that runs on information, and it’s causing what people commonly refer to as “analysis paralysis.”

Analysis paralysis is defined as being in a state where you’re over-analyzing all the information you’ve received and are paralyzed because there’s too much input for you to decide what information to actually follow.

I know you feel it or have felt it before, right?

You’ve probably jumped from diet program to diet program or tried a bunch of different exercise programs; however, do you have the body of your dreams?

Do you feel like you have a handle on what you need to do to be the healthiest, happiest and best-looking version of yourself?

My bet is that the answer to that question is NO!

Still, there’s good news. Not only is it’s not your fault, but there’s something you can do, – starting today – to turn it all around for yourself!

Here’s The Solution For Fitness Industry Information Overload

Okay…so we have established that you aren’t to blame for this.

Now, I want to establish another fact, and it’s this: Deep down, unless there is some complicated medical reason we all know what it takes to get the results we want.

The problem is that, for some reason, we don’t seem to ever take real, consistent steps towards our fitness goals.

Why is that???

Well, based on what I keep seeing in people, I believe that you keep yourself from taking the necessary steps because there’s simply too much information out there.

You’re continually bombarded by more and more “five minute tricks” and “1000-calorie diets” and “15,000 steps.” The list goes on and on.

You habitually skip around from program to program, trying dozens of different things, but you ignore the basic message that’s been there all along.

So, let me ask you this question…

Are You Consistent With Any Of Your Fitness Or Nutrition Activities?

What do you think would happen in your life if you consistently did the following 5 things in your life – every day?

  • Drank 64+ oz (1l) of water…
  • Slept for 7.5 quality hours…
  • Ate 10 servings of veggies…
  • Went for a 20 minute walk…
  • Made sure you had a good laugh every day…

Unfortunately, most people who are seeking to improve their health, fitness, and lives tend to ignore basics like drinking enough water and getting enough sleep.

Instead, we tend to favor shiny, complex programs.

You Are The Sum Total Of Your Habits!

This could be the most important thing you’ve heard in a while…

You really are the sum total of your habits!

Good or bad, the habits you have today are why you look the way you look, act the way you act and feel the way you feel.

The key to real and lasting body transformation doesn’t come from flooding your mind with piles of information that you’ll never apply. Instead, it comes from consistently developing good habits.

Take a moment right now and think about the 5 habits you could form that would change your body and life.

Now imagine what your life would be like 30 days from now if you consistently worked on those habits.

Feels pretty good right?
