These are some real core blasters, but pay attention and stick with me.

-Slightly Bent Leg Raises
-Full Plank
-Side Planks, Right and Left
-Reverse Planks
-Superman Planks
-Hip-Ups, Right and Left
-Bicycles
-Russian Twists
