33 Rep Arm Defining Workout Routine

Let’s get those arms where we want them to be!

This workout will help tone those arms, and will especially be working those triceps.

Here we go:
-11 reps Kneeling Pushups
-11 reps Burpee Walkouts
-11 reps Plank Up Downs

Do this for 3 rounds!
